Quincey has always said that she would serve a mission. Never once did I hear her doubt that.
She turned in her mission papers on the very first day that she was eligible.
She has been saving her money her whole life and not spending it so that she could pay for her entire mission all by herself. The money is all in the bank.
When she received her call to Portugal she was over the moon excited!
